- I am a divorced mum of two daughters, and have been able to co-parent successfully with their dad. My current partner is a member of BPM, who had to turn to the courts to get any sort of meaningful contact with his three sons. I strongly share BPM’s belief that children need the love and support of, and access to, both parents.
- I have worked in the charity sector for over 25 years, principally in organisations focused on children’s wellbeing. I’m currently director of external relations at Frontline, England’s largest children’s social work charity, where I am responsible for bringing in philanthropic income of over £1m per year, managing the charity’s reputation and growing its profile, and helping the organisation in its aim to make social work support better for the children and families who need it.
